Thank you for your interest in applying to be a food vendor at the Western Fair! The Western Fair is known for its tasty food concoctions. If you can eat it, we can fry it! In addition to being a deep-fried culinary hotbed, our concessionaires also make gourmet dishes with a twist.

Western Fair reviews each application based on quality of product, visual appeal of display, and space availability, ensuring we are not saturated by any one product category.
